SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 264(STA) An Act                            
relating to negotiated regulation making; and providing for an                 
effective date which had been held in second reading (page 3953)               
was before the Senate.                                                         
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be              
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final            
passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.
